What is the return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging. Any product that has been used or altered will not be eligible for a refund.
When will I get my order?
Once your order is received, it takes around 15 to 20 days for me to prepare it and pack it, as everything is made on demand. When it ships, you will receive an email to track your package until it arrives.
Are your products safe to use ?
Our products are non toxic and made with natural and quality ingredients, carefully selected by our team. Each product runs several rounds of testing before being put in our catalog, to ensure the best experience for our customers
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
